  • When will the Gooding Accounts' Westbury Office Close to clients?
    The last day we'll be open for business in Westbury will be Friday 25th July. Our brand new office will be open for client meetings from Monday 4th August.
  • Will you be closing Gooding Accounts' Westbury Office completely?
    Yes. Whilst we will still have access to the Warminster Road location until the end of August the Westbury team will all be working from our new White Horse Business Park office. From September our office at 24 Warminster Road will close permanently.
  • Why have you decided to move to White Horse Business Park?
    The team has outgrown the space on Warminster Road. Over the last year or two the office space and facilities have become rather dated and it's no longer fit for our vibrant, ambitious team. As we've been unable to secure an improved space in Westbury we've taken the decision to move premises. The brand new office will be fully equipped, with plenty of meeting spaces and upgraded facilities for our clients and the whole team. There's plenty of space to grow, so we'll be there for many years to come. We can't wait for you to come and visit us in our new home!
  • Is the new office easy to find?
    Yes, the new office is only 10 minutes drive from Westbury, you can find full directions in the NEW OFFICE section of our website. Best of all we'll have allocated parking spaces for clients right outside of the building!
  • What will your new address be?
    Gooding Accounts, Holloway House, Epsom Square, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, BA14 0XG.
  • Will your telephone number be changing?
    For ease we'll be taking our existing telephone numbers with us, you'll still be able to reach the team on 01373 510020.
  • Will you have a postal redirection?
    We will have a postal redirection in place for 12 months. Providing the postal address includes 'Gooding Accounts' any correspondence sent to our old office will automatically be redelivered to our new location at White Horse Business Park. Unfortunately, any mail which does not include 'Gooding Accounts' as part of the address will not be redirected and we will be unable to claim after the Westbury location closes permanently at the end of August 2025.
  • What will happen to my records which you currently hold at the Westbury Office?
    Any records we currently hold will be moving with us to the new office at White Horse Business Park and available for collection from Monday 4th August. Please let your client manager know when you'd like to collect your records to allow them time to locate them in advance of your visit. Any records which are more than 7 years old will be securely destroyed prior to our relocation.
  • Will there be any changes to the Warminster office?
    No, the Warminster office will be staying at Crusader Park and fully operational.
  • Will there be any changes to the Melksham office?
    No, the Melksham office will be staying at Bay Tree Barn and fully operational.
  • Will the changes affect my services?
    No, you'll still receive the same great service from the Gooding Accounts team. The office will be closed on Monday 28th July while we all settle into our new home but we'll be back up and running as normal from Tuesday 29th July, with client meetings available for booking from Monday 4th August.
  • Will the changes affect my fees?
    There will be no changes to your current fees. As normal all of your fees will be reviewed as per your agreed timescales.
  • Can I still drop off my records to you?
    Yes, you're welcome to pop in any time to drop off paperwork for the team, there are dedicated parking spaces right outside our new building and the White Horse Business Park is easily accessible, just 10 minutes from our current Westbury location.
  • Can I use the Warminster Office instead?
    If the Warminster office is more convenient for you please do drop any paperwork to this office and the team will ensure it makes its way to your client manager. If you’d prefer to meet your client manager at our Warminster office this can also be arranged, simply request an alternative meeting location and our team will do the rest!
  • Is there anything I need to do?
    Our team will be handling the entire move. We'll be hosting some launch events after the school holidays have passed to allow clients to take a look at our new space.
  • What do I do if I use your Westbury Office as my registered address?
    We’ll manage all of the relevant change of address paperwork with Companies House. We will notify you when the change of address process is in progress and again once your registered office address has been officially updated. At this point please ensure you update your website, invoices and any other relevant documentation accordingly.
  • Will there be any changes to the services provided?
    We’ll still be offering our full range of services from our new White Horse Business Park offices. Whether you use our tax services, VAT, payroll, company accounts or HR advice service we’ll continue to offer these from our new location.
  • Will your office hours be changing?
    Our office hours will remain be the same, we’ll be open from 8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday.
