Companies House Reform – Identity Verification – an update
With deadline for PSC verification now passed it appears that Companies House are still having some issues with their systems and processing these records. Despite having already verified their identity as required many directors and PSCs are receiving emails from Companies House reminding them to comply or face prosecution through the courts.
