Joining the team in 2024 Michelle brings a wealth of accounts experience from across the globe. Having recently completed her accountancy degree in Australia, Michelle is fully qualified to advise on the intricacies of Payroll. She’s proud to lead such a capable and friendly team of payroll practitioners here at Gooding Accounts.
Thriving on the varied, fast paced nature of Payroll work Michelle says; “Payroll is so often overlooked but it’s such a critical part of life for all of us who are employed. Outside the office, you might find her perfecting her taco recipe, a skill she developed after leaving California, as she was never able to find great Mexican food in New Zealand!
An experienced Payroll Technician Natalie has been part of the payroll team here at Gooding Accounts’ for more than 4 years. With an Advanced Payroll Technician certificate, Natalie enjoys the challenge of navigating payroll’s complexities to deliver accurate and timely results for her clients every single time!
Payroll legislation is constantly changing, but Natalie and the team here at Gooding Accounts constantly keep on top of changing legislation so you don’t have to. Completing short courses from CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) staying up-to-date with HMRC advice and ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) out team will always ensure your payroll is in line with any recent updates.
When she’s not in the office you might find Natalie in a Yoga pose. She’s a recent convert and practices almost every day.
Robyn celebrates joining the Gooding Accounts Payroll Team on 5th September – aptly during National Payroll Week! This week she’s been part of the team for three years.
A natural problem solver Robyn enjoys getting to the bottom of complex payroll queries.
