Last week, the Gooding Accounts team swapped spreadsheets for suspense with a ‘Traitors’ themed evening hosted by associate accountant, Corey. The night was full of fun challenges, from a tricky accountancy wordsearch, guess the song to predicting the game’s outcomes and a colleague-themed acronym quiz.
One of the standout moments was the Round Table, where Corey hand-picked the traitors for each team – things got competitive fast! Even before the games began, the excitement was building as everyone tried to guess who the traitors would be. Nathan was a popular pick, while Angela, voted out first as a faithful, was definitely not impressed!
When the game kicked off, the traitors’ cunning quickly came into play. On one team, Lucy, Leanne, and Owen were chosen as traitors. Owen fell victim in the first round, leaving Lucy and Leanne to work their magic — with Lucy ultimately claiming victory.
On the other team, Danielle, Nathan, and Josh faced the challenge, and once again the traitors came out on top, with Josh surprising everyone by taking the win.
It was such an enjoyable evening, full of laughter, strategy, and just the right amount of scheming. Corey’s planning and creative challenges made it a night to remember — and the traitors certainly had the last laugh!
