Eligibility
The referral program is open to all existing clients of Gooding Accounts and their employees.
Participants must be of legal age and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The referred business/individual and the referrer cannot be the same.
The referrer should be independent of the referred company (e.g. not a Director, owner or employee).
The referred company must not already be discussing becoming a client of Gooding Accounts or on their list of leads.
Participants can refer as many businesses as they like. Gooding Accounts reserves the right to impose a limit on the number of referral rewards at any time.
Each referral only counts once. Where a business/individual has been referred by multiple referrers only the first referral will be eligible for the referral reward.
Should the participant not be in good standing with Gooding Accounts they reserve the right to withhold referral reward.
Referral Process
Existing clients can refer friends, family, or acquaintances to Gooding Accounts.
Referrals must be submitted through the referrals web form.
Referrals received outside of the specified channels will not be eligible for rewards.
The business/individual referral MUST be recorded during the referred business/individual’s initial meeting with Gooding Accounts – this cannot be added at a later time.
Reward criteria
Referrers are eligible to receive a reward once their referred individual/business has signed off their proposal and billable work is started.
Reward redemption
One Amazon e-voucher will be emailed to the address given via the webform. Gooding Accounts cannot accept responsibility for any vouchers not received.
The value of the voucher will be at the discretion of Gooding Accounts. Minimum value of the voucher will be £50.
Referrers will receive their reward within 30 days of work starting for the referred business/individual.
Gooding Accounts accepts no responsibility for expired vouchers and will not reissue any further rewards.
Referral fraud
Any attempts to manipulate or engage in fraudulent activities, including creating multiple accounts or providing false information, may result in disqualification from the referral program.
Gooding Accounts reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activities.
Programme changes
Gooding Accounts reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
Any changes to the programme terms and conditions will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels.
Privacy
Referral program participant information will be treated in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.
Referrers and referred individuals may be contacted by Gooding Accounts for programme-related communications.
Disclaimer
Gooding Accounts reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions on all matters related to the referral program, including eligibility, rewards, and any disputes.
