On Tuesday 16th September we’ll be launching a brand new networking group hosted by Gooding Accounts’ Chief Business Development Officer – Sherelyn Cowles. We’re inviting all local businesses to come along and join us between 10am and 12pm.
The group will run every third Tuesday of the month at The Old Fire Station in the heart of Warminster. Join us on Tuesday 12th September and a enjoy a fresh cup of coffee whilst networking with other business owners from across the region. Buzz networking is a relaxed and informal gathering, there’s no ongoing commitment, no membership fees, no exclusions or single seats. There’s no pressure to attend every month, or even to stay for the whole session – simply drop in for a coffee and a chat any time between 10am and 12pm and enjoy hospitality from the Gooding Accounts team and The Old Fire Station. Sherelyn joined the Gooding Accounts team in 2020 and has been pivotal to the firm’s rapid growth. In 2024, she was recognised as one of the Top 50 Women in Accounting – a global award that reflects her dedication to excellence in the profession and her passion for providing the very best service to clients.
Outside of work you’ll often find Sherelyn in the gym or pounding the pavements of Wiltshire preparing for her next fitness challenge. In 2024 she completed an eye-watering 5 Ultra marathons (one every month between May and September) to raise funds for Julia’s House Children’s Hospice.
We’re delighted to welcome The Old Fire Station as our official venue for Buzz Warminster. Situated in the centre of Warminster in The Close – the restaurant and bar has a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Their featured attraction is a fabulous wood-fired pizza oven – with all food cooked freshly to order.
There’s plenty of parking at nearby town centre car parks, we recommend Civic Centre car park. But all main Wiltshire Council car parks in the centre of Warminster are just a short walk away from the venue. Look out for the Gooding Accounts’ flags outside the venue on the morning of the event.
