The awards feature categories for businesses of all sizes, with finalists selected through a rigorous judging process. This includes a detailed written submission, followed by a site visit to explore the business and gain a deeper understanding of what makes each organisation stand out and finally a presentation to a team of judges. Winners will be announced at a prestigious black-tie awards ceremony in Bristol in the Autumn.
As part of the judging process, we welcomed the awards panel for a presentation, where we shared insights into our workplace culture, introduced members of the team and showcased our approach to creating a positive employee experience. The session provided an opportunity to discuss our values, employee initiatives and the ways we support and develop our people.

The next stage of the judging process will take place in September, when finalists will present to a judging panel in Bristol before the winners are revealed at the autumn awards ceremony.
